✨ Wash and Dry Inside Out, easy but crucial

✨ Use low temps & mild soaps. Your shirt isn't a barbeque, so no high heats! Preferably cold (max 30C or 90F)

✨ Resist the spin temptation, extra spins do more harm than good.

✨ Air Dry when possible. If using a dryer, avoid heavy items like jeans and towels.

✨ Iron Inside Out and start with low heat. Prints and irons are not best friends.

Our goal at Lasso and Loom is that you love your hoodie. Our western inspired hoodies are typically non-refundable, but please reach out if something is not right.

Our items are made to order, so please be sure to check our sizing guidelines before ordering.

No refund requests will be issued after 30 days of the purchase date.

Cooling Off Period

All our products are made to order, however sometimes there is a change in heart, or mistaken size request. Therefore, all orders are processed 24 hours post receipt, to allow for changes. After this period no changes can then be made.

Eligibility for a Refund

✨ The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
✨ Item must be unused and returned in its original condition.
